Courses
We all wish to be healthy, happy, and live a meaningful life. If we know how to care for our body and mind properly, are at peace, and live with love and joy, we naturally radiate positive energy to people around us and to our surroundings. This is our direct contribution to the world at any given moment.
I offer two programs for groups and individuals. Sessions can be arranged online via Zoom or in person.
