I combine the self-liberation method from Dzogchen (great perfection) and self-connection practices from NVC (Nonviolent Communication) to better handle one's relationship with daily experience. Instead of ignoring, suppressing, identifying, or running away from emotions/needs, you will learn how to connect and find a strategy to address what you long for, experience spaciousness and compassion in yourself and toward others, to bring out authenticity and beauty in human connection.
